One of the top questions we get asked is, "Is your produce certified organic?". The answer is "some of it." Actually, less and less as we learn more and understand what is truly important. We have worked long and hard to get most of the apples we grow to be grown as organic. However, we find the industry is currently "overregulated" and are now exploring our own regenerative farming techniques that are healthy, sustainable, and a great solution for the consumer, the land, and the grower.
